According to Wikipedia, “A fractal is a natural phenomenon or a mathematical set that exhibits a repeating pattern that displays at every scale.” Fractals are all around us, as well as in us. How can we employ this concept to enrich our practice of asana? Can we recognize fractal patterns in our bodies in asana? Can we relate the part to the whole? What do we discover? For students with 3 months or more Iyengar Yoga study.
