Iyengar Yoga is a method meant to be adaptable and modifiable to suit all abilities, body sizes, and conditions. Gwi-Seok has been teaching since 2001 and specializes in integrating the emotional and spiritual into a safe, accessible, physically grounding practice.
This Intermediate level class is open to BIPOC practitioners with at least 6 months Iyengar Yoga experience. We ask white allies to respect and support the space by attending other classes. Why? Read more here.
